|Recommended: YesAwesome Community With Great Amenities — Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Amenities galore with lots of common areas There are so many common areas. We have had so much fun just walking the hallways and exploring the property. I especially love the little Book Nook off of the business work area. It's so quiet and peaceful down there. Great views of the Haw River. Can't wait to go to the park across the street and splash in the river this summer. Office and maintenance staff are exceptional and respond quickly. Community is very clean and well maintained.
The only thing I would recommend is more furbaby-friendly areas around the property i.e. grassy areas closer to entrances exits . Also, some tenants do not pick up after their pets, which I understand is not the fault of the property. However, they do remind tenants to pick up after their dogs, or else there is a fine.
Overall, I would recommend Lofts on Haw River to anyone looking for a community with common areas, respectful neighbors, and supportive and responsive staff.

|Recommended: YesLove It Here — I do love it here. The noise from above me during the day, not so much. Loud music and a lot of loud thuds on the floor. I work night shift, so it is not good.

|Recommended: Yes2Nd Day Here....so Far So Good - — Very friendly community and super helpful staff. I've had a few glitches with my parking card but that's been solved. My place was very clean when I moved in and it's been quiet, which is nice. My only complaint thus far-I wish it were easier to bring things into my apt. I have to unload my car, up a flight of stairs, onto a dolly that I purchased, then take it to my place. It's not horrible I just wasn't expecting it. I'll be in shape in not time. lol
