|Recommended: YesRustic Heaven — Love my new home, the spaciousness, the old brick walls, the really nice paint color, and the huge windows all 9 of them . Can't wait to have the morning sun and then view the sunset as my view clears the building towards the river yay . Have already met so many friendly people just moving stuff in from my car. Can't wait to actually get my furniture in and start welcoming friends to come check out what an awesome' place this is to live
|Recommended: YesBeautiful, But Loud — Lovely industrial aesthetic with variety of amenities, and very friendly staff However the only major downside is being able to hear your next door neighbors entire conversation through the wall
|Recommended: YesHappy At 2 Months — THE FACILITY AND STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL. AFTER BEING A HOME OWNER AND HAVING A PRIVATE RESIDNECE FOR OVER 30 YEARS I AM VERY HAPPY LOFT LIVING AT THE HAW.

|Recommended: YesResident — If you are looking for something different in an apartment and love historical architecture with preservation then look no further. Unlike newer construction you are limited to a small number of choices but here it is unlimited. Come see for yourself.
|Recommended: YesMaddie Is Amazing — I just moved in and so far love it here I loved it here before i moved in to be truthful. Maddie is so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She answered my thousands of questions with patience. My only concern is the area that residents in my area park. Although a separate entrance is very convenient, the outside of that entrance is not as well maintained at all and looks rather sketchy. It would be nice to pull up and it look as nice as the main entrance, especially since we pay a premium rate on rent for the private parking. There has been a smoking vestibule knocked over and full of water since I came to look at the apartment. I am pretty sure whoever keeps the grounds up never comes back there because it always looks pretty bad. Definitely in need of some TLC back here.
|Recommended: YesNoise — You can hear people on the states, residents above our apartment and beside us
|Recommended: YesMoving In — We love it here so far
|Recommended: YesBeautiful Apartments, Great Amenities And Staff — We moved here last June after I sold my house. We really enjoy our apartment, especially the kitchen and living room area. I love walking my dog by the river, using the gym and going to the pool. I have to give a shout out to Maddie Jordan for always being extra helpful and personable. My daughter Liliana and I felt comfortable with her right away, when she showed us around the property and we had a hard time choosing an apartment. If I have a question or an issue, she’s my go-to person. When I meet another resident, they always mention how great she is at her job. Thank you for everything
|Recommended: YesLofts In Haw River — Love it
|Recommended: YesLofts — The staff is always friendly. Always there ready to help with any situation. I would recommend this place to anyone. Very fast turn around times on work orders.
|Recommended: YesExcited New Member Of Community — The lofts are beautiful and filled with so many amenities for its residents. It is secured entry. It is like living in a historical site. They managed to fuse the original feel of a mill with modern touches. Simply breathtaking views of river from many points within the lofts. I already love it here.

|Recommended: YesLovely Place — The view is spectacular of course. Amenities a plus. Even though it's a big place you don't see people that much or feel crowded like other apartments.
|Recommended: YesThe Community — I have been living here for only about two weeks however, its been great. Everyone seems very nice and welcoming. I love the grounds and being able to walk it with my children. The leasing office staff are amazing and truly care about your living situation with them. I highly recommend living here if you get the chance. The only thing that we had to get use to is how thin the walls are and how you can hear everything. But honestly its not as bad as it could be.
